About Us

Cyprus Development Company ‘I Dynamis’ Ltd was set up in 1995 with the aim to develop innovative and upmarket projects of all types of real estate.
Its main shareholders is Hellenic Bank (third largest Βank, a public Co in Cyprus), C.L.R. Financial Services (a public Co), the Cyprus Development Bank (Government owned) and various professional and successful business people.

The Co’s current projects extend all over Cyprus and it includes a self contained apartment project with a private pool and gardens at Paphos, apartments in Limassol, the Possidon Beach Gardens at Larnaca, Odysseus Bay Village at Pissouri village, two projects at the Paralimni area (Ayios Elias Cottages and Dias Apts), an office block in Nicosia, residential apartments in Nicosia and one young people’s Laxia Boutique Apartments (just outside Nicosia).

The Company is one of the most successful property development companies in Cyprus, with an excellent reputation and of a sound financial standing. It has a constant dividend policy and a healthy land bank for future developments.

All the Co’s projects are offered through the use of Bank finance, which usually require a 30-40% buyer’s contribution and 60-70% financing over a 10-30 years.

The Company is managed by Antonis Loizou & Associates - Chartered Surveyors who acts also as sole agents. This is the largest and the most diversified firm of Chartered Surveyors in Cyprus and the Middle East.

It has undertaken the management of the Co itself as well as its projects. In addition to the architectural supervision, the firm undertakes clients’ supervision through the use of its own engineers in order to improve quality and performance of the projects.
The firm is also employed to manage the completed projects after delivery and operation, so that the Co’s projects run as smoothly as possible.

Antonis Loizou & Associates - Chartered Surveyors - Estate Agents

Antonis Loizou & Associates is a real estate service provider with 9 offices across Cyprus, Romania, and Russia. This chartered surveying company has been trading since 1980, and has a total of 70 employees including architects, valuers, planners, and civil engineers. The company offers mainly valuation, feasibility studies, agency, and project management services as well as an educational service which are available either separately or in combination, so as to suit precisely the clients’ particular needs.
